Pro Desk at The Home Depot

Pros: this location is great. It doesn't have all the car traffic the other locations have. There's lots of employees always willing and eager to help. Easy return policy. They have everything in this store. Always have what we need. This store is packed with merchandise. Any time we have a honeymoon project we come here. Cons: none I can think of.

This has to be the worst HD on the planet for employees, their ability to help, listen, instead of talking. Any pricing issues or questions and it's like you've questioned God himself. Store shelves are in price disarray. When your employees do not want to actually have any common ground with your Trade workers. You may want to fix it.

We came in very close to closing to look at riding lawn mowers and came across a dented one. We spoke to Katie at the return desk who pointed us to Sherri, manager. Sherri offered us a competitive lowered price on the dented lawn mower. When we pulled out our Home Depot credit card to pay for our purchase Sherri took it upon herself to call card services and get the interest free promotion extended to 18 months. She got us free delivery to our home as well as a water heater we were going to order online. Sherri and Katie were extremely helpful and polite. We will choose this location over others in the area in the future.
