I have been seeing Dr. Flournoy for yrs now & he is the best! He is a great chiropractor but also is a firm believer in doing stretches & exercises to help strengthen you so you can be pain free.

Dr. Fluornoy and Courtney are wonderful to work with and create such a comfortable atmosphere for my healing journey. Dr. Fluornoy goes above and beyond what any other provide has ever done for my health. When I first started with him, I could not dress myself b/c of my back, and he told me he would get me moving again. I am happy to say I have been able to work in elementary school, follow my daughter's softball team (and pull that wagon), hike, kayak, camp, and enjoy life again. I highly recommend Performance Care a clinic to everyone.

Active Release Technique (ART) Dr. Flournoy uses ART to diagnose and treat injuries. ART is a manual, hands-on therapy which breaks up adhesions to increase range of motion and decrease pain and inflammation. He also uses Manual Manipulation which utilizes hands-on manipulation to restore proper alignment of the body's musculoskeletal structure to enable the body to heal itself without surgery or medication.
