Front desk folks aren’t always the most efficient or capable. They always say they will call back with information but multiple times do not follow through and I end up always having to call back multiple times for answers.

Normally I like this office. I scheduled an appt 2 months ago for right before school. They called me several times to move me up I declined. I wanted the appt at the time I scheduled. I called today to verify the location ( we only come once a year). They had cancelled my 2:40 appt. No reason. No call. But they said go ahead and come in and they could get us in. I didnt realize that meant we were bottom of the totem pole. We’ve been here almost 1.5 hours already and still haven’t seen the Dr. yet. my special needs child Is as unimpressed and irritated as I am.

I hear they are really good but I have chronic vertigo and I had no idea that you have to walk across a bridge to get into the building. Its a two story crossing. Needless to say we didn't make our appointment.
