Wants to kill you if you dont come in regularly for nothing. Stopped my maintenance meds because I dont have Insurance to make an appointment. Sorry excuse for a doctor's office. Real good Dr. Thurman makes you feel like Slingblade is you doctor "like mustard on my biscuts" mentality.

Medical billing is screwed. Never right...If I could give less the one I would. Not a good place for any one to go mentally physically financially. They are ran by st Francis and that will tell you something right there

I called today 2/22/23 trying to find out if my daughter needed to be seen in order for her to get an updated referral to see her dermatologist. I was left on hold for exactly 16 minutes. She didn't get back on the phone and take down my name and number so that she could call me back. I called back again, placed on hold. I waited about 6 minutes called back again. This time when she answered the phone I complained about being left on hold and she said that she was checking people in.I told her that I understand that, but the "professional" thing to do is if she is that busy is to take down my name and number to call me back.
