We had a great experience with NUROOF. Our roof sustain extensive damage during the hail storm on May 8th 2026. I’m giving 5 stars and highly recommend this company for many reasons. First and foremost, I would like to give a shout out to Taylor!! She was extremely helpful throughout the ENTIRE process. Communication was excellent. No matter who I spoke with they were knowledgeable and helpful. Either text or phone call we always received a response in a timely manner - not to mention each person we spoke to and worked with was genuinely kind and professional. NuRoof did an amazing job replacing our roof, and the entire experience was outstanding. They helped us through the insurance claim process, worked directly with our adjuster, and explained our policy so we understood everything along the way. They even came out twice to tarp our roof before the replacement, which gave us great peace of mind. Taylor was always friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to answer any questions we had. We truly appreciated the excellent communication and professionalism from start to finish. I highly recommend NuRoof to anyone looking for a roofing company they can trust!
NuRoof did an excellent job repairing the damage to our roof and gutters on our house and detached garage. They showed up when they said they would and finished both roofs the same day. The gutters were replaced a few days later as well as the paint on the exposed wood. We are beyond satisfied.
