Absolutely satisfied with NBR(Nations Best Roofing) and our new roof experience. Jeff explained things we never knew, offered insights and improvements we’d never heard of(Malarkey shingles and solar fans), and did all of it without shoving a “sign this NOW!” piece of paper under our noses. The crew at NBR did what they said, when they said they were going to do it. Delivered product ASAP. We had to fight for a decent day for a bit, but once we got one, bang, it was done in one day. The crew arrived at 6:30 a.m. as announced, and by 7:40 a.m., had the main house stripped! Not a small roof, either! We would recommend NBR and Jeff Parker to anyone.

From the very beginning, they worked with me through some strenuous times getting my funding in place. Continuing to contact me until that happened or suggesting alternate options. On install day, Their Site Mgr came right on time, which was an hour early, to oversee everything. He was my main contact & answered any questions. They did a wonderful job. Replacing several sheets of plywood & getting it water tight. They had a slight delay for rain but finished it beautifully that day.
Liked their work so much am asking for a quote on some remodel work!
