Love my new glasses. Raychel was very helpful in explaining options. Dr Ragsdale was very knowledgeable and corrected a mistake from a previous exam which didn’t adjust for the axis.

Dr Dawn Teel was wonderful. Spent time explaining everything to me and she has a great sense of humor, too. The front desk staff was friendly when I came in. The optician who checked me out could have been more communicative about what was going on with my checkout as it was taking a long time. They had computer problems, but she didn’t tell me that. I had to ask her if everything was ok. She said she was having to manually enter everything. I asked her to measure the distance between eyes and she said she already did and it was on the receipt. She did no measurements of her own so maybe she got it from a past appointment. Again, full communication... read full review

Best vision appointment I’ve had. The technician Alex was kind and light hearted. He was very clear on his directions. The doctor was super knowledgeable and kind. He really helped my husband and I understand our vision. The best was the front desk associate Raychel. She helped me understand the pricing and my insurance which can be such a pain, but she made it so pleasant. She also helped me pick out glasses that suited my face shape and coloring. She was up front and honest. Would easily come back to this location for my glasses, contacts and eye exams every year.
