My 10 year old who has been diagnosed with severe scoliosis, just had her first massage here and she has not stopped talking about how amazing it was since she got back. She said she, “feels like she has a whole new back”. And that “everyone should have massages here, I HAVE to spread the word”. Lol (she is a bit dramatic). But seriously, as a mom that is new to this condition and wants to try to use natural options to manage it, I am so so happy she enjoyed it as much as she did and she will most definitely be a returning customer. First off, RUN not Walk to Maintain You Spa! I loved everything about my experience at Maintain You Spa! Ms. Claudette is very welcoming, kind, and professional. When I say that she gave me the best massage of my life, babayyyy!!! Never have I ever been handled with such care. My body had so much muscle tension and tightness when I came in, but when I left I felt so much better. She worked out so many of my knots and trigger points, and I am so grateful because I came into my appointment with so much pain. My pain was at a 7/10, but when I left I was at a 3/10, which is a profound improvement. I will definitely be back for more therapeutic massages by Ms. Claudette!

Claudette is the best hands down!! I will never get a massage by anyone else. If you have areas of pain or just want to relieve tension please give her a try. You will not be disappointed.
