I met Rachel Cates originally at the tattoo expo in Tulsa. She does the BEST hand tied tinsel for your hair! Now I see her for my regular hair maintenance, and she's currently keeping my hair bright pink! She's excellent at bold vivid colors. I've been to her area in Loft B twice now, and it's a cute and very clean little salon. It's also in a great location convenient to get to in a great area.

Rachel is awesome! I love going to her when I need some sparkle in my life and just want to do something that makes me feel good! Hair tinsel is ✨ a m a z i n g ✨ plus they do everything at this salon (vibrant & regular colors, cuts, nails, permanent jewelry, etc.)! 10/10 recommend!
