Couldn’t be happier with LL FLOORING from products to installation, from beginning to end. All were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I recently did tile and vinyl floors. They delivered what they offered, David at store was great on learning what I needed/wanted and offered great options, was hard to choose. Jose and his crew, Carmen at office, were all great and I noticed they are experienced and helped the best they could where my house was not helping them, they cleaned at the end of the day and my floors are beautiful!!! Thank you thank you thank you! .

My family and I went to LL Flooring and were met by Ruben. Ruben was extremely helpful and broke down the costs and process. We purchased about 1300 sq ft of vinyl plank flooring. I really didn’t know the flooring process so Ruben helped me through that. I bought the flooring and then waited for someone to contact me about installation.I was contacted a few days later by Jose Prado with Carbonelle USA. He scheduled a time to come measure. When the day came for the measurements Jose was very nice and explained everything to me.I then went back to LL Flooring and met with Ruben and David. I called ahead and confirmed that the flooring I needed was in stock. On arrival I was able to pick up the flooring and a transition piece that I needed. Reuben assisted me on the phone and in the store. He carried my flooring out to my car. He was polite and professional.
