“Oklahoma Landscaping did an excellent job of laying 2,000 square feet of fescue sod in my front lawn. Jason and his crew were terrific to work with. They discussed the project with me upfront to make sure they understood what I needed to be done.They then worked systematically and efficiently to prepare the soil , add and smooth the top soil before adding the sod. Once finished, they cleaned up the front lawn and tested my water sprinklers. The end result was a beautiful fescue front lawn that exceeded my expectations . I also want to thank Jeff for meeting with me upfront to understand what I needed done and then preparing a detailed line item proposal that was very informative and transparent. “I paid for a year of service up front. They treated my yard for a year with middling results. They then started charging me monthly without my consent. I contacted them to let them know I didn't want their services and my year had expired. They indicated some fine print that says they will keep charging you until you cancel. The whole purpose of paying a year at a time is so I don't have monthly payments. I spoke with them on the phone and via email, they weren't helpful. They said "How do we know you don't want our services anymore if you dont call us to cancel“. Obviously, when my pre paid term is up, you should stop providing service unless I agree to pay more. Would not recommend.“
