“Outstanding Customer Service and Expertise!
I can't say enough good things about Lawnovations Tulsa and Omar. I was having a frustrating irrigation issue where four zones stopped working. As a DIY homeowner, I spent a lot of time troubleshooting the problem myself, replacing connectors, solenoids, and working through multiple possible causes. I was even preparing to run new wire, thinking that had to be the issue.
When I called Lawnovations Tulsa, Omar took the time to listen to everything I had already tried. Instead of immediately scheduling a service call and charging me to repeat the same troubleshooting steps, he was honest, helpful, and genuinely interested in solving the problem. Understanding the effort I had already put into it, he suggested one more thing to check before having them come out: replace the control box connectors.
Honestly, I didn't think that could be the problem since three zones were connected in one area and the fourth was in another. But I followed Omar's recommendation, and to my surprise, it worked perfectly! The system is now running exactly as it should, and he saved me the cost of an unnecessary service call.
That level of integrity, knowledge, and customer service is hard to find these days. Omar was friendly, professional, and incredibly informative throughout the entire process. Because of this experience, Lawnovations Tulsa has earned my trust, and I will absolutely use them for any future irrigation upgrades, modifications, or repairs.
Highly recommended! If you call Lawnovations Tulsa, ask for Omar. He is the man! 👏💯”
