I have been unbelievably pleased with KISC!! They respond quickly, and appointments are quick. Because they are so knowledgeable, work time goes quickly. I had an estimate from a different company to fix my fireplace at double the cost of KISC’s total bill. Plus, the other company had me scheduled a month out. KISC came in, found the exact problem, and we haven’t had issues since!We then had them install an insert for our outdoor fireplace that works great!To make us even more satisfied, they follow up a week later to make sure everything is still working properly!!! This Company is the best chimney sweep service in the city! They are extremely professional and efficient. They were able to come out to my house the same day that I called, and the worker did a great job. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone looking for a reliable chimney sweep.
