Do NOT go to this places honestly the lack of professionalism is out of line. I was getting my lashes done by Nancy & honestly 0/5 the work was alright but she is so unprofessional. On my previous appointments I always took my kids with me. My last appointment my daughter had pull an egg from a Easter decoration which I offer to pay for (it was $10 tops) Nancy said no need but the following appointment not only did she texted me around 11pm to remind me she also said the owner of the salon, Karla, had put a new “policy” in place of no kids allow in the salon. Like another person said below, if I could give this business a zero, I would. We were supposed to see Emily at 4:00 and she didn't show up at all. She actually called us 30 minutes into our supposed appointment time and said she's on her way, she's just stuck in traffic due to a wreck. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They really just wasted our time. Very unprofessional. I don't know how this place is still in business. Owner should talk to the employees about respecting their clients because sooner than later, they won't have any. Will never go here again.
