Our furnace stopped working on the coldest night of the year. Service Experts technician, Diego Ramirez, came out late in the evening and efficiently diagnosed the issue, got my approval, and made the repair in less than an hour. The result is a cozy, warm house.

Brian Garcia checked out the system and made sure the issue was fixed, customer thought was bad circuit breaker, turns out to be just needed to be reset, thanks so much. Back from Michigan and now our house is cool like back home. Great service even on Sunday. P.S the service tech Brian G was very efficient.

The whole experience in dealing with Jack Nelson HVAC was excellent. I received electronic updates with Scott and Michael arriving on time. Scott's analysis of my situation was impressive as he was most knowledgeable and identified the issues with two recommended corrective options. Mike, the residential salesperson was also involved in discussion the corrective actions and was most helpful. While I am considering the options, I have received thorough written proposals for the corrective options.
