“I got some malware on my computer. I ordered an antivirus off the internet and then I change my mind and told him I didn't want it cause it was LifeLock, what I did not want. I wanted something that makes sure no malware gets on there and that wasn't it I suppose that's what they told me so I asked for them to quit charge my Visa card. Of course then when I turn my computer off and turn it back, somehow my computer got locked up. Took it to oars, works great now. They had to erase the whole hard drive.
