Hi ya'll,I am Heather Spivey.I started seeing Inside Out on 9/4/24...I came in with limited ROM in my neck,now I have full ROM+ I had Sacral Pain that is now gone.I only had a short 3 day cold since I have seen them.I highly recommend!! I see such a difference in my health,energy,+well being!! Thanks InsideOut Dr's + Team for that + making me feel special.They truly care for each person who comes in! <3

I have had severe sciatica for many years. Over the past 6 months my low back & hips have gotten so bad that some days I had trouble walking. Today was my 10th visit to Inside Out Chiropractic. During my first re-assessment it was found that things are shifting, for the better, in my spine. During my treatment with Dr. Duvall I shared that this morning I woke up to zero pain. ZERO! This is huge for me! During the course of the day I have become more uncomfortable, but I have even more hope than I already had for these treatments.
