Horrible. They are not proactive, a very junior person completes your tax returns all communication is via email and I require a higher touch service. I requested a meeting had to reschedule and they were unable to reschedule using their own technology the person said I am not sure how to reschedule. Ridiculous! I have now requested to cancel for two months without a response and they are still billing me. I can’t recommend this business - find another firm.

Recently retained Paul Hood for small business. In the past years I never really was able to get answers to a lot of tax questions from other CPAs. After one video conference with a Paul Hood CPA, I was able to get some insight on this upcoming year. Representatives are friendly and knowledgeable. I feel better going into the next season.
