Our experience with this company has been terrible. Oct. 31, 2023 they gave us an estimate to make repairs to avoid further breakdowns and costs in the future for $2,149.20. Since then they have made multiple service calls to complete those repairs plus additional repairs and we've paid them a total of $2,630.79 and the dishwasher is out of service again! This dishwasher is only used once or twice a week. I've called Hobart Service four times over the past four days requesting a call back from a manager, each time they promised someone would call but no calls.
