This was our first time visit. The staff & Dr. Landers at Heritage Veterinary Hospital were very friendly & helpful. We were able to get our dog in during the weekend hours. We were concerned about our dog's eyes, they were swollen, red & cloudy. Dr. Landers was very thorough with testing & explaining. He went over & beyond to make sure our 13yr old dog was comfortable. The antibotic eye drops & flush he prescribed seem to be working. We are forever grateful! they even did a follow-up check to see how she was doing, which we appreciate. Pricing was reasonable since we don't have pet Insurance. Perfect location, do highly recommend.
I can’t say enough good things about Heritage Vet. ❤ I brought my dog Duke in, and I’m so incredibly thankful for the way they treated us.
The office staff was so kind, respectful, and genuinely willing to help. They took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel like I wasn’t just another appointment. The vet was absolutely wonderful and gave so much insight and information that really helped me understand what was going on with Duke. I appreciated how patient, knowledgeable, and compassionate everyone was.
