My first experience with Half Moon and i am very pleased from the receptionist to our plumber . Jayton arrived promptly and was more than courteous. After he left, I felt like he was more of a friend than an employee on another job. Definitely 5 ☆☆☆☆☆
I recently had an issue with my garbage disposal and reached out to Half Moon Plumbing. From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful and responsive, and I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to send someone out the same day.
My technician, David H, was kind, professional, and efficient. He resolved the issue quickly and went above and beyond by also checking my water pressure and inspecting my hot water tank - something I wasn't expecting, but truly appreciated.

Lukas Falwell was a very professional technician. Found the leak behind our kitchen sink and fixed it properly. Also installed a pressure regulator in our system because our water pressure is high in the area due to a new water tower. Very pleased with his work, his professionalism and his thorough explanations.
