I paid for a year of service up front. They treated my yard for a year with middling results. They then started charging me monthly without my consent. I contacted them to let them know I didn't want their services and my year had expired. They indicated some fine print that says they will keep charging you until you cancel. The whole purpose of paying a year at a time is so I don't have monthly payments. I spoke with them on the phone and via email, they weren't helpful. They said "How do we know you don't want our services anymore if you dont call us to cancel“. Obviously, when my pre paid term is up, you should stop providing service unless I agree to pay more. Would not recommend.
Very impressed with the results of their services. My yard had not been treated for 3 years. Within 2 treatments from Green Group OK, my yard looks amazing! I have not even had to pick a random weed out at all. They’ve covered it all and at a better price than most competitors. Very easy to deal with. Adam has been great at applying treatments and communicating with me about what he is doing and when! Highly recommend Green Group Tulsa!
