I was diagnosed with PCOS or PMOS last year from my obgyn and really didn’t get any guidance on what I should do moving forward. I was left to do my own research. Recently I went to see Melissa Howe here at Glow and she took the time to explain exactly what was happening to my body and run tests to help me understand what my body was lacking and what could ultimately help me feel better on a day to day basis. She is passionate about woman’s health, balancing hormones, and fertility. It was refreshing talking to someone that was so knowledgeable and eager to help.
