Received a raised work platform that needs to be assembled. Though the instructions call for 88 washers, none were included. I called Global only to find out that the company no longer provided the washers. In Global's defense they don't manufacture this item, but they also had no system in place for me to place a complaint about one of their vendors... so here I am. I will say that Global's customer service was representatives were polite and efficient. Unfortunately that doesn't change the fact that I must now jump through the hoops of getting my own washers and somehow insuring that they are suitable for the purpose.
