The company meets needs very quickly and assesses additional needs on the spot. The work is impeccable, with flawless craftsmanship and beautiful flooring. Staff are very professional and knowledgeable, answering all questions. Pat, the salesman, was punctual and came prepared with a wonderful array of product samples, making the decision process easier. He measured homes quickly yet thoroughly and provided a reasonable, transparent quote. The installation team was clean, organized, and efficient, doing an excellent job. The luxury vinyl flooring is stunning and transformed the home, backed by an exceptional warranty that gives peace of mind. The experience was handled with professionalism and care from start to finish. Customers couldn't be happier and highly recommend the company to anyone looking for top-notch flooring and customer care. While some had to be rescheduled due to carpet arriving late, the overall service and product exceeded expectations.
Pat Kinnison came to our home to measure and discuss new flooring options and prices. He gave us all the info we asked for and some good advice. Price seemed comparable to Lowe's and lower than another company we were considering. Installation went well and it looks good. The one negative is the installers would not place some heavy furniture they moved in my mother-in-law's room after installation. Not a huge deal for us, but worth considering if you would not be able to arrange your furniture yourself.
