We had a dual-zone mini split put in by another contractor, and soon after it started leaking and not cooling right. After a lot of back-and-forth with the original installer and another service company, the problem still was not solved. A friend recommended Walter, and he quickly found the issue and repaired it on the first visit. He was knowledgeable, professional, and clearly had strong HVAC and home service experience. Shout out to Blake and Frank for their professional attitude and solid plumbing work. They handled a simple kitchen faucet install, and when i asked about adding a couple of outdoor hose bib replacements, they took care of that too with no trouble. The extra plumbing requests were not a problem, and they stayed helpful and easy to work with the whole time. Their work was efficient, they cleaned up everything well, and james made sure to ask if i had any questions or concerns before they finished.
