Gavin and Cole are REAL LIFE HEROES!
Led by supervisor Jason .... they promised careful work and communication when we faced a stressful issue at my dad's home . They were SO CAREFUL to do their surgery on our precious house w detailed conversations about what to expect . They worked around our availability schedule and explained the options to keep the house clean dry and safe while they removed the damaged areas . Such wonderful honest work ethic I have not seen in a long time - and it inspired me to get them bagels as a Thank You one of their many mornings dealing with the removal . I called ESR Disaster Hero on a Saturday morning, and they came out that same day to work on my house. Cole and Gavin were very professional, informative, and worked quickly to dry and disinfect the water damage. They always arrived on time for follow-ups and were trustworthy throughout the entire process. Most importantly, they made sure everything was done correctly and efficiently. Highly recommend!
Gavin and Cole did a great job of explaining the process of getting everything dry. Answered all our questions and arrived on time every day. Helped us keep the cost down to avoid filing a claim. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.
