Doctor and staff excellent. Today I feel they will be available in event I need concern to be investigated. They were not always willing to be available. The new doctor seems more willing to be flexible
Absolutely Appreciative of my visit, as well as the AWESOME staff!? The 2 Ladies at the front desk at ck-in and ck-out were really Nice (btw, hope U get a 'Leap Year' Grandbaby )! Dr. Jurgeons and her Nurse, Cheryl were Excellent, as well. I'd been referred by my PCP and I'm happy that I was. Dr. Jurgeons is not only knowledgeable about her passion (can tell it's MORE than "just a job" to her), but she has Superb bedside manners too. She answered all of our questions (my husband and I) directly and with much detail, as well as asked pertinent questions to Me, specifically. Cheryl was just as Great! I'd DEFINITELY recommend 'Epiphany Dermatology' to my family and friends!?
I would highly recommend Dr. Jurgens. My experience at my recent appointment was excellent from front desk, assistant and Dr. Jurgens. Everyone was pleasant and professional. My questions were listened to and answered. I feel Dr. Jurgen went above and beyond and will definitely go there for future needs.
