The entire experience was exceptional! There is a reason why people should seriously consider "Platinum" rated companies, they undergo a very extensive review process at all levels and it is really all about taking care of people. From the very first phone call to Elliott Roofing to the completion of our roof replacement we were always kept informed and treated like a valuable customer. The day of the roof replacement their crew showed up ahead of time and ready to work, 10 skilled roofers made a very steep pitched 100 year old roof disappear and replaced it adding much needed roof vents and extra chimney protection all in a day. Amy the office manager and Jesse, expert field engineer far exceeded expectations on customer service, timeliness and professionalism regarding the assessment of my roof concerns. It’s unfortunately rare to receive such concern, care and expertise. Again, highly recommend. Please also ask them about preferred contractor programs that may exist with your insurer. They’ll guide you with facts you need for making your decisions. I’m beyond pleased. Thank you.
Jesse came out and looked at an area in my attic where the roof had been leaking. My HVAC company noticed it when he was doing my furnace service. When Jesse inspected the roof and the pipe, he determined it just needed some adjusting and caulking… which he did. He was very friendly and professional. I’ll be calling them back when it’s time for a roof replacement. ??
