My experience at Elephant in the Room today was nothing short of miraculous. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with joyful smiles and offered an ice-cold water to quench my thirst. I sat down in the chair and received the most marvelous customer service I’ve ever had by Katrina. When I finished my haircut, Ryleigh told me all about the amazing and money-saving opportunities available through the Elephant in the Room membership. I decided not to sign up today, but she definitely left me with something to think about for the rest of the day—and beyond. They have a lot of staff. Usually my beard trim is great there. Occasionally it's not so good. Upped my review to 5 stars. My last few visits I've made sure to book Daniel and he is great. He spends the extra time to make sure you look your best when he's done, I highly recommend him.
My Son and Husband have both been coming here for over a year and love love love it! Staff is amazing and now they are both SO spoiled! I don't think either would chose to go anywhere else!
