Bad experience back in 2012 when my brother died and to top it off, the programs were extremely ghetto!! I’m not sure if the same staff is still there but back then, this funeral home was very unprofessional!
Very compassionate and patient with us as we walked this journey. They did not do anything that we didn't agree to or ask for. The day of my mother's service was not rushed and went as planned. No hidden cost, and all pricing was upfront.
Lost both parents within 2 years and both services were through Dyer. They made it comfortable to deal with the arrangements. My mother chose Dyer because of how delicately and professionally they handled my Father’s extenuating circumstances.
