Thank you to the staff at the Harvard location. I had a horrible experience at the Memorial location and I called the Harvard location and they made sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner and they were all very friendly and helpful.
What a great experience. From beginning with checkin and check out, the ladies Becky, Natalia and Lauren made us feel like we were checkin with family and friends. They were so patient and knowledgeable. The new Dr.Malik was amazing all I can say there is that it had been a long time that when going to the eye Dr was so less stressful. Dr. Malik made me feel heard and it was a great experience, because no pun intended but he made me feel seen. As a woman sometimes I feel the Dr’s do not hear me or listen, but he did. Thank you all for making a great Mother’s day weekend.
