This is the first time using Diversified. I've remodeled and built homes and had all the frustration that goes with it. This company showed up, bid the project and completed it at the same original bid price. Great work, respectful and honest. They will be the first company I call for any construction bid.
DCR did a great job with our soffit and trim replacement. They were on time, thorough and cleaned up everything after the job was finished. All at a very fair price. It was a big job but the price was very reasonable and workmanship top notch.
Diversified Construction and Remodeling did an outstanding job installing new siding on our house.
We selected the Ascend product and we highly recommend it as a superior alternative to regular vinyl siding. It is well worth the additional cost.
