“It’s been a couple of years since I’ve been to Dr. Weilacher’s office, and after moving and trying a few different dentists in my new town, I’ve realized how rare it is to find the kind of quality and detailed dentistry I experienced there. Dr. Weilacher is truly exceptional. His knowledge and attention to detail are phenomenal. He takes the time to educate you on what he’s doing and why, and his ability to make a filling or tooth look untouched is unmatched. His exams are incredibly thorough, checking every groove in your teeth with such precision that you know nothing gets overlooked. His assistant Jennifer is just as wonderful. And I have to say, I’ve never met a hygienist like Hannah. She made my teeth feel as clean as mine ever have. Her technique is so thorough yet gentle, and you can feel every surface of your teeth being cleaned in a way that’s consistent and precise every single time. It’s something I haven’t experienced anywhere else since. Debbie at the front office is another gem. Her energy and efficiency are unmatched, and she always makes you feel welcome while keeping everything running smoothly. Dental offices like this are rare. As a business owner myself now, I truly understand how important reviews are, and I can honestly say I miss this level of quality, care, and professionalism. “Just had my exam and cleaning at Smile Stop Dentures & Implants and wanted to share how great it went. Everyone there was super friendly and made me feel really comfortable. The cleaning was surprisingly gentle, no soreness at all afterward. Dr. Vo explained everything clearly and didn’t rush through it. The place feels clean and calm too. “I’ve been going here for about a year after so many terrible experiences with other dentists, and I’ve gotta say, I have never had a more comfortable dentist experience. They always make sure you are 100% comfortable throughout the whole experience and go above and beyond to provide exceptional service.
Here are a few things they have provided me with, without me even having to ask:
1. They ALWAYS make sure that you are completely numb before doing procedures.
2. They offer me sunglasses and a blanket to make sure I am comfortable throughout procedures.
3. They do not shame you for wanting to use nitrous oxide during your procedure, they encourage you to use it if it makes you feel more comfortable.
4. They engage in friendly conversation that engages me, and always has me leaving in a better mood.
5. The financial aid/payment receptionist is nonjudgemental and does not push you unnecessarily.
6. The doctor is personable and friendly. She makes you feel absolutely welcome to ask her any questions and gives you the time you need.
7. While waiting for the numbing medication to set, they turn the lights off and sit you up in the chair, so that the medication can fully disperse with gravity.
8. Also a plus, as far as I’ve seen, the staff is all women, which makes me feel even safer while I’m in a vulnerable position.

“Our experience at Cherry Street Family Dentistry has been nothing short of amazing. The entire staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.Maira in the front office is amazing. Her patient service and communication skills are world class. She makes my wife and I feel very welcomed whenever we visit. She’s extremely knowledgeable about procedures and always able to help us understand our dental plans. She puts so much care and effort into her work. Thank you Maira!Ashley, is probably one of the best dental hygienist we’ve ever had. She’s highly knowledgeable and has given us great advice how to maintain good oral health. She is very kind and friendly. I enjoy chatting with her and it makes dental cleanings such a pleasant experience.Lastly, Dr. Jump is an amazing dentist. He’s an awesome guy and has gone above and beyond to make my dental procedures work for me. I recall needing to use my dental insurance allowances before the end of the year and he was willing to squeeze me in his busy schedule just for me. With that there may have been a small chance that we would need to meet during Christmas while the office was closed and if that was the case he said that would be completely fine. Luckily it wasn’t necessary, but I appreciated it so much that he would’ve saw me during the holidays while he was off if needed. Most recently, I completed an almost 2 year long implant procedure with Dr. Jump and he did an excellent job. It was not an easy task but he made it look that way. I love how he explains each step of the process for me to understand and even gives me additional information whenever I’m curious about anything.Overall, I’d highly recommend this dental office to anyone for a world class dental experience from amazing people. “My spouse and I have been patients of Dr. Dieterlen's for many years. Through several job (and insurance) changes, extra cleanings we request each year (beyond what insurance covers) and the occasional time-sensitive dental need, they have met our needs year over year. Dr. Dieterlen is a capable dentist with a pleasant demeanor, and his staff is also friendly, capable, and communicative within their roles. I've been grateful for the billing being straightforward and done well w/ insurance. The ability to have same day or same week appointments when there is a legit need, and the cleanliness of their waiting room and timeliness of their office is also appreciated. Its an efficient office without feeling rushed. In a world where its not rare to have long waitlimes to book an appointment and long wait timesitting in a waiting room, Im so grateful for the quality and efficiency this office has!“
