Was very professional and friendly at first. And willing to help when we needed a new roof. A courtesy call to make sure everything was okay. Then something happened and we ended up with retlow inc. We asked retlow to fix some leaks that occurred. Didn't hear from them don't know who retlow is. Stopped payment till they fix the roof. Heard nothing. Now we're being sued for 19875.00. Or they want to take my land. For a roof that leaks.

We bought windows about 3 years ago. The experience, product, and customer service especially, was great. It seems like every company we've hired to do work on our home has been bad in all these areas. Community Builders was a breath of fresh air.

Waited 9 months for installation when you could get someone to return calls all you got was the same excuse material hasn’t come in have no idea when come in. Attitude was we really don’t care either. Last few weeks hard even find someone at the office
