April and the team at Comfort Keepers are simply amazing! We have been using their services for my cousin and could not be happier. She was very hesitant to have a caregiver in the beginning, but eventually agreed to have David come and visit. We needed help for my 92 year old Mom who is pretty self-sufficient, and in good health besides mobility issues. Comfort Keepers fit the bill perfectly for her needs for light housekeeping, driving her to the grocery store and beauty shop. Her caregiver is absolutely wonderful. They truly like each other and her caregiver is so caring. Wonderful peace of mind knowing our Mom has another caring, devoted person looking after her well fare.
As my wife experiences advanced symptoms of ALS, Comfort Keepers provided two wonderful young persons to aid us. Young Dave stays two nights each week so that I can sleep; he is a great comfort to my wife during her numerous bathroom trips and midnight meal events. He respectfully, gently and securely helps her stand and walk and she trusts him completely as she does her grandsons. Once each week H. spend 4 hours with Carole washing her hair and bathing her. She also has time to do light housecleaning. She is knowledgeable, confident, attentive and happy in helping my wife. This gives me time to attend to repairs and shopping. Communication with schedulers is professional and friendly and they promptly answer questions and deal with requests.
