About CAP Tulsa
CAP Tulsa is a community action anti-poverty agency focused on breaking the cycle of poverty in Tulsa County. They operate 10 schools and provide early education for children aged 6 weeks to 4 years. Their free Head Start and Early Head Start programs offer quality education and home visitation services to income-eligible families. While there are mixed experiences regarding staff interactions, many families appreciate the dedication of teachers who provide excellent support and education. CAP Tulsa employs a two-generation approach, addressing the needs of both children and parents to help families thrive. More information about their programs and community impact can be found on their website.
