CAP Tulsa (Community Action Project of Tulsa), a community action anti-poverty agency, is a leading child care and early education provider aiming to break the cycle of poverty in Tulsa County. With 10 schools and a dedicated staff, we prepare children aged 6 weeks to 4 years for future school success. Our free Head Start & Early Head Start programs offer comprehensive education and home visitation services to income-eligible families by providing high-quality early education.
