Went to this place last year for my annual eye exam. I was able to make a appt and get in fairly quickly which I liked. I randomly chose Dr. Hansen because my insurance was accepted there. This place was crazy busy I guess its kid heavy. Front desk staff were very occupied but it bothered me none. Dr. Hansen was great and personable, moved quickly. But the godsend for me was her tech, the woman of Jamaican descent she was awesome. I am notoriously difficult at the eye doctor- extremely watery eyes, can't keep them open, super sensitive to light...its like a movie. However I did not phase her one bit. Update: was contacted by Blink about my review and they want to make things better. They’ve replaced the expired contacts. So, I’m upping this review to reflect this.Original: Stopped in for an eye exam earlier this week. Professional and courteous team.However, I was sold ‘samples’ of contacts on top of the exam, and while waiting to check out noticed that they are over FOUR years expired.When brought up, I was told that contacts don’t really expire, and will still be good ‘long after’ their expiration date. But why have an expiration date then? And why are you selling them knowing this?
