I've worked with two of what I would consider to be the most reputable GC companies in Tulsa. My experience with Black Rock was more comforting in the fact that I would receive updates on the project including if they were not positive. And, what I mean by this information is if the project may be pushed back due to an unforeseen circumstance. Or, if a contractors work was not to their standards (which is the clients standards) and the work needed to be re-done. Communication is key to the success of the project. I have worked with the team at Black Rock Construction Management for a little more than a year in a professional capacity. From owners to administration and project managers, the entire team is professional and friendly. I have witnessed the growth and success of this company first hand. I would highly recommend Black Rock Construction Management for your next project.

My experience with Black Rock Construction, LLC has been vary positive and I would certainly recommend them for Tenant Improvement and or Ground up construction. We gave them a shot and have been pleasantly surprised.
