This job took months because the contractor doesn’t hold his employees accountable for the work they do. They had to come back five times to my house to redo absolutely IMO, ohorrible work. In my opinion, I would not use this company. They didn’t scrape and sand Before they painted. The Support beam I believe it’s in the first picture was absolutely atrocious. The Wood Rot employee left his dip cups and trash around my courtyard area.

Out of the many projects I’ve been part of this is the best company I’ve worked with. There’s a great team of guys who are very respectful and do high quality work. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality work and professionalism.

I had a water damaged mudroom in the rear of my home, all of 64 square feet, that I hired them to repair and make usable. It took them five full months and they ended up charging me over $200 per square foot! They needed constant direction and "reminding" of details that had been communicated to them multiple times. Subcontractors like Beauty-crete did excellent work, but as General Contractors they are completely useless, incompetent to the point of seeming deceitful. If you have time to coordinate subs on your own (I did not) you would be much better off. If you don't, hire someone else.
