I've been a customer for over two years. I'm very happy with my results. Always a great experience for each appointment. Jessica is very professional, friendly, and inclusive. The office is very clean and welcoming. 10/10, completely recommended. I'm pretty sure her only one star review is from someone that just doesn't understand how electrolysis works. Of course it can be very painful, but Jessica always tries her best to make me feel comfortable and giving me a break whenever I need it.
She Literally changed my life. My face was covered with thick dark hairs due to a hysterotomy and insulin resistance. I felt ugly and my self esteem was so low I was barely leaving the house. In less than a year of seeing her the hair is mostly gone and I have my confidence back. If it wasn't for Jessica I wouldn't have had the courage to go on the date that led me to move to Arkansas. I definitely wouldn't be engaged or the happiest I've ever been in my life.
