Only giving a 5 star because staff is great Tiffany was great help . I only came to check this place out because of the red light sauna and it was so disappointing I can’t imagine paying for this service monthly red light only coming from this small block and the lights from the hall coming through making it super un relaxing sauna takes a super long time to warm up

Fantastic experience at the Palm Beach Tan on 61st & Memorial. Tiffany helped me was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to give me a thorough tour of all the available options—not just tanning. She explained everything clearly, answered every question I had, and walked me through the massage bed and dry sauna so I could really understand what was included and what would fit my needs best. No pressure, just great customer service and genuine care. Clean facility, professional staff, and a very welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend this location.
