I spoke with Greg Burkett at American Demolition to get a commercial property demo quote and he was very attentive to what was needed and took the time to review the information I emailed him and contacted the city to where the property is located to ensure his quote would include all the necessary steps to satisfy their requirements. The quote was gotten to me within hours and is a reasonable price. Greg was a pleasure to deal with and he made sure he got all his questions answered before finalizing the quote.
