Car broke down in the middle of the night. Was told it would take about 30 minutes before arrival. Got a call from the tower within 10 minutes, letting me know they would arrive within 7 minutes. They fulfilled!!! Quick, efficient & great customer service! I called 918 Wrecker Service before calling them & it was a HUGE MISTAKE! Lesson learned. Allied can only be trusted & the best in town! Call them when you need assistance!
Allied Towing of Tulsa (aka Storey ******** was called to the accident I was involved in on Christmas Eve 12-24-2023. Jeff ******** arrived with an awesome customer service attitude!! It was absolutely amazing how he maneuvered his rig to get my car out of the ditch as well as the other vehicle. Once the car was secured he allowed me time to gather my personal belongings and offered to help in any way he could. He took the time to explain to me where my car was being taken and what I needed to do to gain access if needed. Under my stressful situation, Jeff was very professional and personal. I will refrain from reviewing this business until after I see how the aforementioned business handles a rather serious issue involving a close associate of mine. So, at this time, neither negative nor positive review.
