Car broke down in the middle of the night. Was told it would take about 30 minutes before arrival. Got a call from the tower within 10 minutes, letting me know they would arrive within 7 minutes. They fulfilled!!! Quick, efficient & great customer service! I called 918 Wrecker Service before calling them & it was a HUGE MISTAKE! Lesson learned. Allied can only be trusted & the best in town! Call them when you need assistance!

Tow truck driver Christian was dispatched to my locatio via car shield. However I had another tow company dispatched through my car insurance, Progressive. I had to cancel Allied because car shield wasnt going to pay for the tow, so I used my car insurance instead. Unfortunately, car shield didn't not cancel the request like tgey saud that eoukd she he drove all the way out there for nothing. Christian was kind, patient and respectful towards me. I can't speak to the towing part but his customer service was on point. Not a fan of how much towing cost in general. Use your insurance people it should be free or at least cheaper!
