The gentleman who was behind the counter was very helpful. Shared info about my haircutting scissors that I had sharpened at home and now wouldn't cut. He suggested I simply tighten the screw a little at a time and check on the cut.I decided to go ahead and get a new pair as I have had the ones in my hand since 1980?. Then he shared with me about the little plastic piece in the nut n bolts of it and if it was cracked the scissors would not work any longer. I had other things to purchase and he helped me immediately. Absolutely wonderful store with an incredible collection of products. The owner is super nice and helpful, prices are clear, store is clean, and staff are friendly.They are doing things right!

Good variety of items. I was after hair dye and hair extension glue and remover. The guy behind the counter helped me find everything I needed. The prices were clearly labeled on stickers on the items. There is also a large selection of wigs along the back of the store with an area for trying them on.
