The gentleman who was behind the counter was very helpful. Shared info about my haircutting scissors that I had sharpened at home and now wouldn't cut. He suggested I simply tighten the screw a little at a time and check on the cut.I decided to go ahead and get a new pair as I have had the ones in my hand since 1980?. Then he shared with me about the little plastic piece in the nut n bolts of it and if it was cracked the scissors would not work any longer. I had other things to purchase and he helped me immediately.
