Luke, the ABest Rep, was very knowledgeable and explained clearly and thoroughly what needed to be done to repair a leak. He even knew the name of the color of my shingles and matched them for the repair. They are the first roofing company in a long time that seemed to know what they were doing. They were a little more pricey but I had already wasted money on three different contractor's who never fixed the leak. A Best found it immediately and fixed it.
The gentleman was very professional and gave me a written estimate. He said the business office would call in the next 2 days. It actually was about 3 1/2 weeks later. Then I received a phone telling me I would receive another phone call within 48 hours. It was actually a week later. Then we scheduled the repair the next week I believe it was. My understanding was the repair tech would be here at 8:00 a.m. I had to have a plumber scheduled to remove HVAC caps. Plumber was on site by 7:30. at 8:30 I call A Best and was told the tech just finished loading and would be there in a little bit ? So long story short it cost me two call outs for the plumber.
