A-Affordable Insurance offers cheap insurance with mostly really nice and polite staff who are great to work with. Many customers report the best experience with this insurance company, noting they are helped right away and have their needs taken care of quickly and with ease. Staff are willing to go above and beyond to help customers understand everything. However, some note that prices are not really that affordable compared to other companies, and there can be occasional issues with communication regarding policy details.
While the staff are polite and the prices are not really that affordable. I asked the staff member which day my next payment was due by and was told the twelfth. I arrived on the twelfth and my policy was cancelled at midnight. I felt the staff should have said my payment was due by the eleventh to save the extra cost of reinstating my policy. I then went to Shelter insurance company and was able buy my car insurance and renter's insurance and save money at the tune of nearly forty-five dollars per month.
I have been with thus company for 6 years now and I have never had a bed experience with them.Tracy is the best I would recommend her to anyone.. She has always went above and beyond to take care of my insurance needs
