At Northern Oklahoma Urgent Care and Pharmacy, the staff provides excellent customer service with minimal wait times. The facility is gorgeous and spacious, and patients are greeted upon entering. The receptionist is very nice, and the doctors, nurses, and PAs are the best. The staff is wonderful, very caring, and listens. The physician was great. Patients leave feeling listened to and understood, as the provider takes time going over meds, history, and scripts, offering suggestions and advice. The friendliest doctors office, it starts with the ladies at the front desk. Every time, patients are astounded by how friendly this place is. A huge plus is the onsite pharmacy, which saves an extra trip when not feeling well—a one stop for all. Patients are very impressed with how quick and friendly they are, and it is great to get medicine there after the appointment. Highly recommended for quick, quality care, especially in this rural area.
I love this place everyone treats you like family (the ones you want to see at Christmas). I went today and had an excellent experience. I would highly recommend anyone to go here for minor emergencies. The Dr I seen was amazing. She was very thorough during the whole exam. Also she has a fantastic bedside manner and actually paid attention to what I had to say. Just like to throw out there the nurse is at the top of the list too. Fantastic place to go if you’re in need.
My PCP left her practice and I was in need of another plus I needed script refills. I called, they accepted my insurance and had a PA was there the next day and said they said they could take care of me. They absolutely were not wrong!
The facility is gorgeous and spacious yet I was greeting upon entering. The receptionist was very nice and took my copay as well as advising on pharmacy hours and prices. It took about 2 minutes before I was called back by Labi. Did the normal weight height etc and she took me to a room.
