“My grandmother's funeral is tomorrow morning, & my husband offered to get display flowers to take the load off our family. There was an error that resulted in some BIG sadness from me, & my husband called his usual spots for emergency help. No one could make it by 8am tomorrow (totally understandable, it was 4pm when he realized his error)... Enter Floral & Hardy. I got a, "You have 60 seconds to choose colors" call from my husband, & they handled the rest. IN LESS THAN ONE HOUR!!! Before closing! I panicked & chose ALL Grandma's favorite colors, so maybe not the ideal color scheme... but I'm thrilled. She LOVED bright flowers, & the idea of not bringing her one last big bouquet really compounded my grief... Jay, you are a miracle-worker & a true angel. She gave my husband the kindest hug & put this together as if we were her own family. Instead of tears of sorrow, I'm genuinely crying tears of gratitude & joy. Grandma would love it. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Bless you guys <31st time customer turned (& immediately treated like) LIFELONG customer! Also, in addition to the biggest-hearted employees, they have the cutest name ever with an incredible location just off the highway with great parking :)“
