I called to get my well checked since it stopped working yesterday afternoon. I spoke to someone in the early morning and was told that he would come out during the afternoon when it was warmer due to the cold in the am. Waited until almost 1pm and decided to call to get a time frame. He basically said he wasn’t gonna be able to come out today because he was heading to a doctors appointment. I told him this morning it was pretty urgent we get someone out because we weren’t getting any water at all. I was disappointed that he didn’t call me back to let me know he wasn’t gonna come. I had to scramble last minute to find a different company to come out.

Our well stopped working on a Wednesday evening so we called first thing the next morning and they sent someone out by noon that day! And we don't live very close so we are very thankful they were able to come out and so quickly. We were thinking the pump went out but luckily just our control panel had to be replaced. We appreciate the honesty and not trying to upsale us on anything. We will be using them again for sure!

Absolutely fantastic job. Well pump died and was stuck down the casing. Tanner pump came out explained step by step on what they needed to do. After a few short hours new pump was set and water was flowing. Highly recommend.
